One lucky tennis fan will get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to step onto the court with some of the sport’s biggest names during the inaugural Atlanta Cup on Dec. 6 at Gas South Arena in Duluth.

The city’s newest professional tennis exhibition event is holding a silent auction that will provide the highest bidder with the opportunity to play a full match against one of several legendary tennis players: Naomi Osaka, Aryna Sabalenka, Nick Kyrgios or Ben Shelton.

Additionally, the winner will also receive two private one-hour lessons with tennis pro Vitek Wild of The Manor Country Club, along with VIP courtside seats (for the highest bidder and a guest) and access to an exclusive buffet and open bar on the day of the tennis event.

Proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting Bert’s Big Adventure, a nonprofit that provides impactful experiences for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families, including an annual, all-expenses-paid trip to Walt Disney World.

“Partnering with The Atlanta Cup allows us to create something truly meaningful – both for the auction winner and for the families the auction benefits,” said Bert Weiss, co-founder of Bert’s Big Adventure. “Every bid directly helps us provide more moments of joy and connection for our Bert’s Big Adventure families.”

The Silent auction is open from now through Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. Prospective bidders can participate in the auction by heading to the Bert’s Big Adventure website.

Tickets for the Atlanta Cup are currently available and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
