PacificPoint Realty announced that it has completed the first phase of The Towns at O4W, a 31-unit townhome community in Old Fourth Ward, with the first six homes ready for occupancy.

Located on Linden Avenue near Central Park, the development offers three-story homes that measure between 1,900 to 2,100 square feet and include a two-car garage and private yard.

Each townhome has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a powder room on the main living level.

Interior elements include 10-foot main level ceilings, upper-floor bedrooms with sloped ceilings, white oak flooring, marble and quartz countertops, waterfall-edge kitchen islands, as well as built-in storage throughout each home.

The project stands as one of the first townhome developments in Atlanta to utilize Bosch induction cooktops as a standard feature, providing “an energy-efficient and low-emission alternative to gas,” PacificPoint Realty said in a press release.

The Towns at O4W is in walking distance of Ponce City Market, Old Fourth Ward Park and the Atlanta BeltLine, according to the release.

“With every detail, we’ve aimed to deliver a refined, comfortable and functional urban home,” Karim Shariff, managing member of PacificPoint Realty, said in a statement. “The combination of high-quality materials, spacious layouts and proximity to Atlanta’s most vibrant destinations makes this community a standout opportunity for homebuyers.”

The homes were designed by Atlanta-based architecture firm TaC Studios, with construction and interiors handled by Citi Construction.

Homes are listed by Allen Snow of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, with prices starting in the high $700,000s.
